Where the window cleaning is not accessible using the Reach & Wash system we will use access plant to complete the window cleaning - this may take the form of a cherry picker or a lorry mounted plant. As a company we like to ensure we offer all aspects of window cleaning and the use of plant is still a major part of window cleaning.
Whilst the use of the Reach & Wash system has changed the window cleaning sector enormously over the past decade, the use of Access Plant is essential to window cleaning companies like ourselves - where each contract and site can throw up awkward areas or challenging windows to be cleaned.
At CIS Window Cleaning all our staff are holders of their PAL - Powered Access Licence - and we are IPAF recognised, enabling all our staff to safely and professionally operate access plant for window cleaning or gutter cleaning duties.
At CIS we use a range of access plant for sites where we need to gain access to awkward windows or high windows, or indeed gutters that also need checking. We regularly use Tuepen Leo Spiders, Cherry Pickers, Van Mounted Plant and Lorry Plant.
All access plant is either operated by our trained staff to ensure full safety operations or in special cases we use specialist operators to manoeuvre the plant.
In all circumstances we follow our full Health & Safety guidelines which in short will mean, you as a client, will receive full Risk Assessments & Method Statements before we commence any work on site
